Order Confirmation
After checkout, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your order.
Processing & Dispatch
Your order enters our dispatch system for packing and shipping. Orders confirmed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Tracked Shipping
Once your parcel is booked with the courier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
We use trusted couriers based on parcel size and delivery location:
Royal Mail Tracked Services – for most small to medium items
UPS or FedEx – for larger or higher-value orders
No matter which courier we use, you’ll always receive a tracking link in your dispatch email.
